Difficult to say. As usual, everyone was pleasant. What happened was out of control, has nothing to do with Dr. Gaitán's practice. The power went off and without lights there was no way to do anything. This is what made a not so good experience.
My thanks to Dr. Gaitán and his very professional staff.
